Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship Australia wide, to every state and territory. Free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed, and you'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–7 business days for VIC, NSW, ACT, SA and QLD, and 5–12 business days for WA, NT and TAS. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email admin@solarie.com.au and we'll chase it up for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and not damaged — for these, the customer covers the return shipping cost, and we refund the purchase price once we receive and inspect the item.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and you can choose a full refund or a free replacement. Email admin@solarie.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos, and we'll respond within 2 business days. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
